Welcome to https://articole.psk.ro (hereinafter the "Platform"). This document sets out the contractual terms and conditions between PSK Solution SRL (the "Operator", "we") and the user of the Platform (the "User", "you"). By accessing, browsing or using the Platform, the User declares that they have read, understood and fully accepted these terms.
This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Romanian version prevails.
1. Definitions
- Platform: the whole formed by the website https://articole.psk.ro, the user account, the integrated tools (AI Article Generator, Backlink Spy, reports) and the catalog of partner publications.
- Client: a sole trader or legal entity ordering the publication of advertorials through the Platform.
- Publisher: the owner of an online publication (website) listed in the Platform catalog in order to receive advertorial orders.
- Advertorial: a paid advertising article published on a partner publication in the agreed format (text, images, links).
- Order: the transaction through which the Client purchases a publication slot on a publication from the catalog.
- Wallet: the internal digital wallet attached to the Client account, topped up in advance and used to pay for orders.
- Content: the text, images, links or any material uploaded to or generated through the Platform.
2. Acceptance of the terms
Creating an account or placing any order on the Platform implies the explicit and unreserved acceptance of these terms, of the Privacy policy for platform users and of the Cookie policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
The terms apply to all categories of users: Client, Publisher and unregistered visitor.
3. Account registration
To use the Platform services you must create an account using a valid email address and a personal password. There are two types of account:
- Client account, for purchasing advertorials.
- Publisher account, for offering your own publication in the catalog.
At registration you must provide real and complete data (company name, tax ID, registered address, contact details). Incorrect data may make it impossible to issue the invoice or may lead to the suspension of the account.
For Romanian companies the tax ID is validated automatically through the ANAF API. For companies from other EU member states the VAT number is validated through the VIES system (required for applying the reverse charge).
The User is responsible for keeping their login credentials safe. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from the account section. The Operator is not liable for the consequences of the account being used by third parties following the disclosure of the password.
4. Description of the services
The Platform intermediates the publication of advertising articles ("advertorials") between Clients and partner Publications. The main features include:
- A catalog of 1,500+ verified publications (Domain Authority, real traffic, categories).
- Placing orders with payment in EUR or RON (bank transfer, card through the payment processor, internal wallet).
- SEO & GEO Monitoring (optional subscription service): tracking Google rankings, visibility in AI engines and backlinks for the Client's website.
- AI Article Generator: automatic generation of articles based on a brief provided by the Client.
- Backlink Spy: competitor analysis for identifying link building opportunities.
- Automatic invoicing with ANAF e-Invoice integration.
- Campaign reports and monitoring of published links.
The catalog of publications, prices and availability may change without notice. Orders already confirmed by the Publisher remain valid under the initial conditions.
5. Orders and payment
An order is placed from the Platform interface by selecting the desired offer from the catalog, uploading the content (or using the AI Article Generator) and confirming the payment.
5.1 Prices and taxes
Prices are displayed in EUR on the Platform. Invoicing is done in RON or EUR depending on the Client's tax jurisdiction:
- Romanian clients (individuals and companies): invoicing in RON with 21% VAT according to the Fiscal Code.
- Companies from other EU member states with a valid VIES number: reverse charge (no VAT), invoicing in EUR.
- Individuals from other EU member states: 21% VAT (B2C regime), invoicing in EUR.
- Non-EU companies and individuals: 21% VAT until accounting confirmation, invoicing in EUR.
5.2 Payment methods
- Bank transfer: proforma invoice issued instantly, payment within 1-3 business days.
- Bank card through the Platform's payment processor (Netopia Payments or LibraPay, as applicable), instant processing, order active immediately.
- Internal wallet: payment from the pre-loaded balance, debited at each order.
5.3 Order confirmation
An order becomes firm when the payment is confirmed. The Publisher receives a notification and has a maximum of 72 hours (3 days) to publish.
5.4 Subscriptions and recurring services (SEO & GEO Monitoring)
The SEO & GEO Monitoring service is contracted on a subscription basis with recurring card payments. The following conditions apply exclusively to subscriptions:
- Plans and prices. The available plans and their prices (expressed in EUR, excluding VAT) are displayed in the Platform before subscribing. For the annual subscription, the equivalent of 10 months is invoiced for 12 months of service. Invoicing is done in the currency and under the VAT regime applicable to the Client's tax profile (section 5.1).
- Exchange rate for invoicing in RON. For Clients invoiced in RON, the EUR/RON conversion rate is set once, when the subscription is activated, and is kept for subsequent renewals. The amount in RON therefore stays the same in every billing cycle, as long as the plan and the catalog price remain unchanged. Add-ons activated later (keywords, AI questions, competitors) are added to the price in EUR and converted at the same rate. The rate may be updated in two situations: when the Client changes the plan, or upon a price change notified according to the "Price changes" point below. VAT is not frozen: it is applied at the legal rate in force on the invoice date, and a change in the VAT rate is reflected in the amount invoiced and charged.
- Free trial period. A Client's first subscription may start with a free trial period of 7 days. Nothing is charged when subscribing: the card is only verified and saved (a zero-value authorization transaction). The first charge, in the amount of the chosen plan, is made automatically at the end of the trial period, and the Client is informed of the date and amount before subscribing and by email notification before the charge. If the Client stops the renewal during the trial period, the subscription ends at the end of the trial without any charge. The trial period is granted only once per Client.
- Automatic renewal. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (30 days for monthly payment, 12 months for annual payment) by debiting the card saved with the payment processor, for the amount of the plan and of any active add-ons. For invoicing in RON, this amount is calculated at the rate set when the subscription was activated, as described above. The Client receives an email notification before each renewal.
- Card storage. At the first payment, the card is stored securely with the payment processor in the form of a token (the Platform does not store the card number or the CVV). Storing the card and recurring charges take place only with the Client's explicit consent given when subscribing.
- Cancellation. The Client can stop the automatic renewal at any time, from the monitoring service page. The service remains active until the end of the period already paid, and the paid period is not refunded. After expiry no further charge is made.
- Changing the plan. Upgrading to a higher plan applies immediately, with the difference charged proportionally to the days remaining in the current period. Downgrading to a lower plan applies from the next renewal; the period already paid is not refunded. When the plan is changed, a new rate is set for invoicing in RON, valid from the moment of the change, and then kept for the following renewals.
- Failed renewal payment. If debiting the card fails, the Platform retries the payment for a few days and the Client is notified. During the grace period (7 days) the service remains active. If the payment is not recovered, the subscription is suspended, without any additional debt for the Client. If the decline is final (for example an expired card), a new card must be added.
- Price changes. Subscription prices may be changed with notice to the Client by email at least 15 days before the new price applies, and only starting with a renewal subsequent to the notice. Together with the new price, a new rate is set for invoicing in RON, which is then kept for the following renewals. The Client may stop the renewal before the new price applies.
- Right of withdrawal. For consumers (individuals in the EU), by giving explicit consent when subscribing for the service to start immediately, the 14-day right of withdrawal provided by Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 is lost for the current subscription period, according to art. 16. Stopping the automatic renewal remains possible at any time, as described above.
6. Content rules
The Client is fully responsible for the content submitted for publication. It is forbidden to publish content that:
- Violates the Romanian or European Union legislation in force.
- Contains false, defamatory or misleading information, or promotes fraudulent schemes.
- Infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties (trademarks, copyright, patents).
- Is racist, xenophobic, sexist, discriminatory or incites hatred.
- Promotes violence, terrorism or illegal actions.
- Contains pornographic or adult material, except on publications that explicitly accept this category.
- Promotes gambling without an ONJN license, or illegal substances.
- Promotes prescription pharmaceutical products directly to consumers (where regulations forbid it).
The Operator has the right, but not the obligation, to refuse any order, without having to justify the decision, if it considers that the order does not comply with these terms or with the interests of the partner Publisher.
7. Copyright and intellectual property
The content uploaded by the Client remains the Client's property. By placing an order, the Client grants the receiving Publisher a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free right to display the article in the published format.
Articles generated through the AI Article Generator are provided "as is". The Client must check the accuracy and legal compliance of the text before publication. PSK Solution SRL does not guarantee the uniqueness or originality of texts generated through AI.
All elements of the Platform (design, logo, source code, the "Articole PSK" brand) are the exclusive property of PSK Solution SRL and are protected by copyright and trademark legislation.
8. Refunds and cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled without penalty before the article is sent to the Publisher for publication.
- If the article was sent but the Publisher refuses the order, the amount paid is refunded in full to the Client's wallet within 1-2 business days.
- If the article has already been published, a refund is only possible when the Publisher does not comply with the offer specifications (nofollow link instead of dofollow, blocked indexing, premature removal).
- A refund to the bank account (instead of the wallet) is made at the Client's request, within 5 business days.
- For individual clients residing in the EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal under Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 does not apply to digital services fully performed with the consumer's prior consent (art. 16 letter m).
- For SEO & GEO Monitoring subscriptions the rules in section 5.4 apply: stopping the renewal stops future charges, and the period already paid is not refunded.
9. Limitation of liability
The Platform services are provided "as is", without guarantees of absolute continuity. PSK Solution SRL makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, but does not guarantee the absence of maintenance periods or technical incidents.
PSK Solution SRL is not liable for:
- The content published by Clients (the Client is the author and legally responsible).
- Unilateral changes made by the Publisher on its own website after publication (removal, formatting changes, indexing).
- Indirect losses, loss of opportunity or lost profit.
- Actions of third parties (cyber attacks, unavailability of payment providers, changes in search engine algorithms).
The maximum liability of PSK Solution SRL for any direct damage caused to the Client is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the disputed order.
10. Account suspension and termination
The Operator reserves the right to suspend or delete an account without notice in the following situations:
- Violation of these terms or of the legislation in force.
- Fraudulent activity or attempted spam.
- Multiple complaints from Publishers regarding content.
- Repeated late payments or unfounded disputes with the payment processor.
- Continuous inactivity longer than 24 months (account without login).
In case of suspension, the wallet balance remains available for refund on request, after deducting any amounts owed. The data associated with the account is kept according to the Privacy policy for platform users.
The User may request the deletion of the account at any time from the "Account" menu, following the GDPR procedure described in the privacy policy.
11. Processing of personal data
PSK Solution SRL processes the personal data of Users in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Law 190/2018. Full details on the categories of data, purposes, legal basis, retention and your rights can be found in:
For any request regarding personal data you can contact the data protection officer (DPO) at: contact@psk.ro.
12. Disputes and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Romanian law. The parties will try to settle any disagreement amicably. Otherwise, jurisdiction belongs to the courts at the registered office of PSK Solution SRL (Ilfov County).
Consumers benefit from the alternative dispute resolution procedure (ADR/ODR) through the European Commission's online platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
13. Changes to the terms
The Operator reserves the right to change these terms periodically. Changes take effect when published on this page. For substantial changes, registered Users will be notified by email at least 15 days before they apply.
Continued use of the Platform after the notice amounts to acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree, you may request the deletion of your account during the notice period.
14. Affiliate program
Any User with an active client account may take part in the affiliate program. The affiliate code and link are available in the account, in the "Affiliate" section. Participation is free and does not create an employment, agency or representation relationship between the User and PSK Solution SRL.
14.1 Attribution of the referred client
A client is attributed to the affiliate only if they create a NEW account using the affiliate link. Attribution happens at registration and does not apply retroactively to existing accounts. A client can be attributed to a single affiliate.
14.2 Commission and how it is calculated
The affiliate receives a commission of up to 30% of the net profit of each completed order of the referred client, not of the order value. The net profit is calculated as the net amount due for the order (proportionally, if a discount code was used), minus the cost of the publication and the payment processor fee, the latter only for card payments.
Orders without a positive margin and orders for which the publication cost is not recorded in the system do not generate a commission.
14.3 When the commission is paid
Commissions are calculated per calendar month and are granted on the 15th of the month following the one in which the orders were completed. The rule is the same for all affiliates and for all payment methods. Until granted, the amount due is shown in the account as a pending amount.
14.4 Attribution period
The commission is granted for the referred client's orders placed within 12 months from their first order. After this period expires, subsequent orders of the same client no longer generate a commission.
14.5 Form of the commission
The commission is granted exclusively as credit in the platform wallet, usable for paying orders. The credit is not converted into cash, is not transferred to another account and is not paid by bank transfer. The credit remains available as long as the account is active, according to section 10.
14.6 Cancellation and recovery
The commission is reversed from the affiliate's wallet if the order for which it was granted is cancelled or refunded, as well as if the referred client's invoice remains unpaid. If the credit has already been used at the time of the reversal, PSK Solution SRL may recover the amount from the affiliate's future commissions.
14.7 Prohibitions
- Self-referral in any form: the same account, the same company (same tax ID) or the same phone number as the affiliate's.
- Creating multiple accounts in order to generate commissions on one's own orders.
- Promotion through unsolicited messages (spam), paid advertising on the "Articole PSK" brand name, or false statements about the Platform's services.
Breaching these rules leads to the cancellation of the commissions granted and may result in the suspension of the account, according to section 10.
14.8 Changes to or termination of the program
PSK Solution SRL may change the percentage, the attribution period or the conditions of the program, or may suspend it. Changes apply to orders placed after their publication on this page and do not affect commissions already granted.
14.9 Tax obligations
The credit granted can only be used within the Platform. Any tax obligations arising for the affiliate from the benefit received are the affiliate's responsibility.
15. Rules for publishers
This section applies to Users with a Publisher account, that is, to the owners of the publications listed in the catalog. It supplements the general rules above and, as regards the relationship between the Publisher and PSK Solution SRL, prevails in case of inconsistency.
By creating the Publisher account and by listing a website in the catalog, the Publisher declares that they have read and accept the rules in this section.
15.1 Who can be a publisher
The Publisher account is opened exclusively for a legal entity (company, sole trader or another legal form of organization) with a valid tax identification code, because the amounts due are paid on the basis of a tax document issued by the Publisher.
The Publisher declares that they hold the right to dispose of the websites they list, including their content, and the right to sell advertising space on them. If this right derives from a contract with the website owner, the Publisher informs PSK Solution SRL and provides, on request, proof of the mandate. PSK Solution SRL may refuse or remove a website for which there are indications that the Publisher does not hold this right.
15.2 Listing websites and acceptance in the catalog
Each listed website, as well as each subsequent change to its data, is checked by PSK Solution SRL before becoming visible to clients. Listing does not guarantee acceptance.
To be accepted, a website must, at a minimum:
- be indexed in Google and publicly accessible;
- have its own, real content and normal technical operation;
- not take part in reciprocal link exchange schemes or in networks created exclusively for selling links;
- have at least one active offer in the account;
- have correct and current declared data (domain, categories, contact details).
The list above contains minimum requirements, not exhaustive ones. The final decision on accepting a website belongs to PSK Solution SRL, which takes into account the interest of clients as the end beneficiaries of the service.
15.3 Offers, prices and the amount due
The Publisher sets their own price for each type of article they offer. The price displayed to the client in the catalog includes the PSK Solution SRL commission, and the amount shown in the Publisher's account is the net amount due to them for one publication.
The Publisher may change prices at any time. Orders already paid remain at the price from the moment of the order. The Publisher may temporarily stop receiving orders for a website using the pause mode in their account, without deleting their offers.
PSK Solution SRL may remove an offer or suspend a website from the catalog if the price is artificially inflated compared to the market value of the publication, if the offer contains conditions that make it impossible to fulfil the order, or if repeated problems occur with previous publications.
15.4 Receiving orders and the right to refuse
After the client's payment is confirmed, the order appears in the Publisher's account and is announced by email. The Publisher has a maximum of 72 hours (3 days) from receiving the order to publish the article, unless otherwise agreed in writing with PSK Solution SRL.
The Publisher may refuse an order directly from the account, within the first 24 hours of receiving it, stating the reason, in particular if the article is contrary to their editorial policy or to the law, if the topic does not fit the publication, or if the order requirements exceed the conditions of their own offer. After this window expires, the refuse button is no longer available and the situation is resolved by contacting PSK Solution SRL. In case of refusal the client is refunded in full and the order does not generate an amount due. Repeated and unjustified refusals may lead to the suspension of the website from the catalog.
Failing to give any response within the publication deadline is treated as a refusal, with the same consequences.
15.5 Publication and confirmation
After publication, the Publisher confirms the delivery in their account and communicates the exact address of the published article. The order is then checked by PSK Solution SRL and by the client, who may report non-conformities with the offer. The amount due becomes payable only after the order reaches the completed state.
The article must be published with the content provided by the client, with the links and attributes provided in the offer, in a section accessible from the website navigation and indexable by search engines.
15.6 How long the article is kept
The published article remains online, publicly accessible and indexable, for an unlimited period, at the same address. The Publisher expressly undertakes to keep it for a guaranteed period of at least 12 months from the publication date, unless the offer provides a longer period.
The article is not removed after the 12 months either. If, after this period, the Publisher has a legitimate reason to withdraw it (restructuring of the publication, legal requirements, cessation of activity), they notify PSK Solution SRL in advance. Withdrawing an article before the 12 months have passed constitutes non-fulfilment of the order and entails the consequences in 15.12, except for the situations provided in 15.9.
In both periods, the following constitute non-fulfilment of the order: deleting the article, moving it to another address without a permanent redirect, blocking indexing, restricting public access, as well as prolonged unavailability of the website for reasons attributable to the Publisher.
Compliance with this obligation is checked automatically by PSK Solution SRL. Each article published through the Platform is re-checked periodically, for up to 24 months after publication, according to section 15.8. The check verifies whether the article still exists at the communicated address, whether the agreed links are still present and whether their attribute has remained the one in the offer.
15.7 Prohibition of changes after publication
After publication, the Publisher has no right to change the article delivered by the client. The following are expressly forbidden without the written consent of PSK Solution SRL:
- deleting or replacing the links in the article;
- changing the attribute of the links, in particular adding "nofollow", "sponsored" or "ugc" where the offer provided a "dofollow" link;
- changing or removing the anchor text;
- changing the content of the article or removing parts of it;
- adding links to third parties in the article, not requested by the client;
- blocking indexing through "noindex", through the robots.txt file or through any other method;
- moving the article to an area not accessible from the navigation, or removing it from the archives and listings of the website.
The following are allowed: correcting obvious spelling or typesetting errors, updating the website's template elements and technical adjustments that do not affect the content, links and indexing of the article.
The Publisher may change the address of the article, provided that they keep a permanent redirect (301) from the initial address. Such a change does not constitute a breach, but must be announced in the account.
Compliance with these rules is checked automatically, according to section 15.8.
15.8 Automatic monitoring of published articles
The Publisher acknowledges and accepts that all articles published through the Platform are monitored automatically, for up to 24 months after publication. The monitoring publicly accesses the address of the article, exactly like an ordinary visitor, and checks:
- whether the article still exists at the communicated address;
- whether the agreed links are still present;
- whether the attribute of the links has remained the one in the offer.
Normally, each article is re-checked weekly. If a problem appears, the check is repeated daily until clarified. The result is visible to the client and to PSK Solution SRL.
If a website blocks automated access through anti-robot systems, the check is marked as inconclusive and the article is considered online until proven otherwise; the Publisher is not penalized for this reason.
15.9 Situations in which the article may be removed earlier
By exception from the minimum period in 15.6, the Publisher may remove or change the article, without consequences, in the following situations:
- the content proves to be illegal or infringes the rights of a third party, or the Publisher receives a well-founded notice to that effect;
- the removal is requested in writing by the client or by PSK Solution SRL;
- the client acts to the detriment of the publication, for example by building artificial links to the article or by directing artificial traffic to it;
- the publication ceases its activity, for reasons unrelated to the orders received through the Platform;
- force majeure.
If the Publisher receives a manual action from Google regarding the links on their website, they may change the attribute of the links to "nofollow", provided that they present PSK Solution SRL with proof of the manual action. In this case the act does not constitute a breach of these rules.
If the article becomes temporarily unavailable for technical reasons, the Publisher extends the retention period accordingly by the period of unavailability.
15.10 Sale or closure of the publication
If the Publisher transfers the publication during the 12-month retention period, they must pass on to the new owner the obligation to keep the articles already published, for the remaining period, and must notify PSK Solution SRL.
If the new owner removes the articles, the Publisher who sold the publication remains liable towards PSK Solution SRL and may be required to return the amounts received for the affected publications, proportionally to the remaining period. As an alternative, the Publisher may propose publication on another publication of their own, with similar parameters and topic, a solution that requires the client's prior consent.
15.11 Prohibited acts
The Publisher is forbidden:
- to build artificial links to the published articles, to attract artificial comments or to direct artificial traffic to them;
- to declare false or incomplete data about their publications, including about traffic or authority indicators;
- to contact the client directly, bypassing the Platform, in connection with orders received through the Platform, or to propose collaboration outside the Platform;
- to list the same publication on several accounts in order to obtain multiple positions in the catalog;
- to use the Platform for promoting products or services whose advertising is forbidden by law.
15.12 Consequences of non-compliance
If the automatic monitoring, a check by PSK Solution SRL or a report from the client indicates a problem, PSK Solution SRL notifies the Publisher by email, and the Publisher has 24 hours to remedy it.
In the absence of a remedy, depending on severity and repetition, PSK Solution SRL may: refund the client the value of the order and withhold the corresponding amount from the amounts due to the Publisher; temporarily block the amounts due until clarification; suspend or remove the website from the catalog; close the Publisher account, in repeated or serious cases.
The Publisher's liability for an improperly fulfilled order is limited to the value of the amount due for that order, except in cases of bad faith.
15.13 Payment of the amounts due
The amounts due accumulate in the Publisher's account as orders reach the completed state. The Publisher requests payment from their account, selecting the orders they invoice, and the minimum amount for a payment request is 100 EUR.
Payment is made by bank transfer, on the basis of the tax document issued by the Publisher to PSK Solution SRL, within the term communicated in the account at the time of the request. No amounts are paid for orders that were cancelled, refused, refunded to the client or under review for non-compliance with the rules in this section.
15.14 Liability for the published content
The Publisher retains editorial control over their own publication. By publishing the article, the Publisher confirms that they have read its content and take responsibility for publishing it on their own website.
The Publisher is responsible for complying with the legislation applicable to their own publication, including for labelling advertising content where the law requires it and for the data protection obligations towards their visitors. The Client is responsible for the content provided and for the rights over the materials used, according to sections 6 and 7 above.
15.15 Suspension and closure of the publisher account
PSK Solution SRL may suspend or close the Publisher account, with prior notice where possible, in case of breach of these rules, provision of false data, repeated non-fulfilment of orders, or if none of the Publisher's publications meets the requirements in 15.2 any longer.
Closing the account does not affect the obligations regarding orders already paid and published, in particular the minimum retention period for articles provided in 15.6, nor the payment rights for orders correctly completed.
15.16 Independence of the parties
The relationship between the Publisher and PSK Solution SRL is a commercial one between independent professionals. These rules do not create an employment relationship, a representation mandate or a partnership. PSK Solution SRL intermediates the orders but does not guarantee the Publisher a volume of orders or a level of income.
15.17 Changes to the rules for publishers
PSK Solution SRL may change this section by publishing the updated version on this page. Changes apply to orders received after their publication and do not affect obligations already undertaken for orders in progress.
